12th Floor Studio, 37 square meters with an excellent sea view. New Hand Made High Rise King Bed with a very high quality western mattress, Luxury high thread count sheets and blanket which will mean that you will enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep. A nice sitting area with couch, new semi flat style TV with DVD. Clear Cable TV With a Samsung Flat Screen LCD TV . Wonderful Shower with an ample supply of towels and a nice kitchen with breakfast bar. Small Computer Desk with ADSL internet connection. Full curtains with sun screen backings. Ice cold A/C with Stand up room fan. In room Safe. Outside balcony with table and chairs to enjoy view of the ocean or setting sun. A non smoking room but smoking is ok on the balcony. One of the most requested rooms.

You don't have to worry about noise in VT2A at all...
I've always stayed on the south side of VT2A when renting from DW & Tik... Great view of the sea from most floors on the south side of the building...
It's nice having DW & Tik living onsite in case of the unexpected circumstance... I inadvertently tripped a breaker one night and DW was their to reset it quickly, once I sobered up and tossed out the BG anyway... On another occasion I got severe food poisoning and DW & Tik went to the pharmacy for me and picked up the farang cure... Then they wouldn't take any $$$ for the trip or the medicine... Great couple...

The View Talay 2 building A site features an 18-storey tower complexe. The buildings’ amenities include an extremely large swimming pool, with attached restaurant and bar facilities. Other facilities located on the ground floor of the apartment complexes include 2 mini-marts, laundry shops and dry cleaning services, internet cafes, salons and massage parlours, as well as a variety of resturants and a host of other convenient services.
The new Falong management committee regard the security of the condominium buildings as paramount, with the safety and comfort of their residents being their highest priority. This building is run by elected falongs and who supervise a Thai management company to run the day to day affairs. To conform to the highest international standards, access is limited to security key card holders only, with both a 24/7 CCTV security-monitoring system and a team of ever-vigilant gate guards on duty to assure the ongoing safety of the residents. Fire escapes are attached to the ends of both sides of the buildings, with ceiling sprinklers installed in every condo to virtually eliminate the fire risk and allow the residents to sleep soundly in their beds. The View Talay 2 Condominium Complex is literally a stone’s throw from the extremely pleasant Jomtien Beach, popular with tourists, families and residents alike. Apart from the beach with its myriad of water-sports, and nearby supermarket, Jomtien features a host of fine dining restaurant, on a par with those of any capital city, worldwide. Location, Location, Location
I had the pleasure of staying in 2 different rooms over a 15 day period. Firstly, Tik answered all of my questions via e mail and the deposit was painless via paypal. I'm really glad I choose to stay in Jomtien instead of Pattaya. At 41 years old I do like my quite and the beach is a short walk. You also have less traffic which makes walks less stressful then Pattaya. The first room I stayed in was rm 16-735. This is a huge room with excellent views, 2 full bathrooms, one with large walkin shower the other with shower/tub option. The king size bed has a really nice wooden bed frame that I fell in love with. The second rm was 11-527 Jacuzzi. Whoever owns this room has really put time and effort into decorating and outfitting it. Everything you could need it had. The jacuzzi really is as big as it looks. Fit myself and four Thai girls in it no problem. Balcony views very nice. This room in the USA would have cost me $300-$400 per night. Bargain? No Doubt! My next trip is already booked and yes at View Taley 2 Jomtien.
